Paula Hill’s Speaker Bio

Paula Hill is the founder of Strategic Online Solutions, a Fort Worth-based marketing consultancy helping small businesses and local nonprofits get found by both search engines and AI tools. She holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington and has worked in marketing since 1997, running her own agency since 2008. Paula specializes in marketing strategy, website design, social media marketing, fundraising, and helping clients make money! She writes and speaks about marketing fundaments and what actually moves the needle for small business visibility, both in search engines and answer engines like ChatGPT, Claude, and Google AI Overviews.

Paula and her husband live in the country just west of Fort Worth with their longhorn steer, Sassy, their 100 lb black lab, Leroy, his mama dog, Luna, two VERY spoiled indoor cats, Trixie and Dixie, plus a garage cat who has been “just visiting” for the past 10 years. The front garden has its own permanent tenant too: a family of toads, all of them named Todd the Toad. Rounding out the menagerie is a rotating herd of wild deer who jump the fences and act like they own the place.
